Lunch means location off
Starting lunch stops native tracking. Ending lunch requires a fresh location and restarts the background service.
Updates checked at launch
Every app checks the Revolution Road release channel when it opens. Windows downloads updates automatically; mobile updates follow the operating system’s trusted installer.
One secure account
The installed apps use the same Google sign-in, role restrictions, work orders, timesheets, and tenant boundaries as the website.

Technician protection
Closing the window does not end a working shift.
Android uses a visible location service. iPhone and iPad use Apple’s background-location mode. Windows minimizes to the system tray instead of quitting. Tracking pauses for lunch and stops at clock-out.
Force-stopping an app, turning off location, signing out, or shutting down the device can stop tracking. Administrators control whether a 15-minute location gap automatically ends the shift or remains visible until manual clock-out.
Browser access
